Hello dear,

With respect to last year, 440 marks may give you all india rank of around 91000-92000.

According to last year you have chances to get an A-category seat in anyone of the private medical colleges in AP.

Cut off keeps changing every year based on various grounds.

You can use our college predictor tool to know  in what all colleges you have chances of admission through the below link https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope this helps.

Best of luck!

Cheese:)
