I'm getting 500 marks in Neet UG, I'm a general category student, can I get a government college in West Bengal under state quota?

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
