It is difficult to predict whether you will get any government Bvsc college or not at these marks because cutoff changes every year.
Cutoff depends on the following factors:-

• Difficulty of exam
  
• No of seats
  
• No. Of candidates
  

However according to last year's cutoff for getting any government BVSC college you need to score ateast 530+ marks. So yes you have chances to get admission.  You should try till the last round.
