im getting 536 marks 56351 air can I get any govt mbbs seat in BCNC category in UP state neet UG counselling2021. how can I apply for BCNC quota specifically please answer both questions

Hope you are doing well.
So, it is difficult to predict whether you will get a medical government college at these makrs Or not because cutoff changes every year due to many factors like :- availability of seats, no. Of candidates, Difficulty level of exam etc.
Now according to previous year data, 605 was the last marks to get a government medical seat in bc category.
To register for this category, you just need to fill it in the online registration form of up mbbs counseling. Basically BCNC is other backward class with no subcategory .
The counseling has not started yet. It is expected to start soon.
Here are the cutoff percentile for this year
General 50th percentile 720-138
SC/ST/OBC 40th percentile 137-108
General-PwD 45th percentile 137-122
SC/ST/OBC-PwD 40th percentile 121-108
