Dear Priya, in 2018, under State Quota for OBC category,  519 marks secured a seat in GMC, Bettiah. That was the cut off. Going by previous cut offs and your expectant score, you have a fair chance at:

Anugrah Narayan Medical College

Dharbhanga Medical College

Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College

Nalanda Medical College

Shri Krishna Medical College

Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences

Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You can also check the cut offs of various different colleges under your Category at:

Regarding All India Quota chances, if you can help us with the States you are interested, we can help you with your options.

Hii Sanidhya

There is a 15% reservation criteria in all Government medical colleges all over India.  According to previous years with a score of 555 you may secure rank in between 5871 to 7371. There is 27% reservation criteria for OBC category in all India quota seats. So you have a chance of getting a seat outside Bihar under all India 15% quota.

However in Bihar the last year cutoff was 522 marks for BC category. So you have a fair chance of getting in MBBS seat in Government college of Bihar.

Hi,

555 is a good score and can help you get a government seat. Post result declaration check your ranking and see which all colleges you are eligible to get. Don't worry much it's a good score. Wait till final round of counseling and I am sure that will definitely fetch you a good college.

Good luck!
