im getting 590 in neet 2021 ..obc category... please suggest some government college in which i can enroll for all india counseling

You have scored very good marks in neet2021. But you may be aware that 15% AIQ cut off goes very high.
Last year govt college allotted for OBC category through 15% AIQ quota was at AIR 15024 ( marks above 610)
This year cut off marks may drop in your category as paper was tough and also introduction of reservation.
So from my experience you will be on borderline so you must give all the options Available for during counselling so that you can get govt college.
You have better chances in your state quota to get govt college at your expected marks than in AIQ counseling. so you must try in state quota.
