it depends on external factors like exam difficulty level,amount of students appearing and on internal factors like,your category ,age and score so we can only make a vague idea

since the level of competition is increasing daily only must have a window of atleats 10 marks up or down the given data

now looking at the previous year scores for kgmc

you need to score above 600  and marks above 640 will surely get you in it(considering unreserved category)

looking at your marks and since you havent mentioned your category there is a 50 -50 chance

but you should not worry about it as your score is great and you will surely get into a good college through all india quota

furthur if you have state quota,do apply for it as you will definetely get into a good college and under UP state quota it defenitely gets easier

As per your marks your rank will be around 1300 as per previous year cutoff. Previous year cutoff for king's George medical College Lucknow was 613 so getting the college seems tough for you or you have very less chance of getting it. Check Uttar Pradesh cutoff for neet
