I'm getting 608 marks AIR 16252 cat obc rank 6400 from up,is there any chance to get govt college through state quota.

Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any seat in government Medical colleges with this rank in OBC category as there are High chances that the cutoffs mat increase this year. However you can expect
