I'm getting around 465-470 score in NEET 2019. Will I get admission on govt. basis in Gujarat? [Bhavnagar or even Jamnagar?]

Hi,
Admissions depend on state quota and caste category also.
If you belong to any of the reserved category, then you might be able to get a seat there but for UR category, cutoffs are mostly 470+.
You could get admission in many self financed colleges in Gujarat like GMERS Medical College, Dharpur, Patan, A.M.C. M.E.T. Medical College, Ahmedabad.
