570 is a good score. But compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. But based on 2019 data, you do have decent chances in:
- GMC, Nizamabad
- GMC Suryapet
- GMC Naalgonda.
You might have decent chances for Government Quota seat in:
- KAMINENI INSTITUTE
- MEDICITI INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
- MAHAVIR INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
- MALLA REDDY INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
