Firstly dear you are choosing a very good course for future. Now coming to the eligibility criteria , for Pharmacy Course you need to Either Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in your 10+2. However for diploma in Pharmacy in different institutions you need apply for their entrance exams and based on their individual eligibility criteria if they permit you to do so then you can study Diploma in Pharmacy.

The eligibility for d pharma clearly states that you need a 10+2 degree from a recognized board with physics, chemistry as compulsory subjects along with either biology or Mathematics and must be atleast 17 years of age or above.
So you are not eligible for pharmacy without PCB/PCM in 12th standard.
