KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) decides the eligibility criteria of Karnataka PGCET MBA. The criteria are as mentioned below:
A bachelor’s degree of minimum three years from a recognised university
Candidate must obtain a minimum of 50 per cent across subjects
For SC/ST & Category-I, a five per cent relaxation is granted; i.e. the minimum score of 45 per cent marks across subjects must be secured by the candidates belonging to this category.
It doesn't matter if you are an engineering graduate as long as you are able to satisfy the above eligibility criteria, you can give exam.

Yes you are eligible you the MBA course. But the thing is you have tob attent the ICET entrance exam if you qualified in the exam then the government will allote you a free seat.
And you need to get some good rank to get in good colleges.
