I'm in 12 standard now and I'm applying for clat.....so my doubt is that...in the blank "Month of Passing"which month should I choose.....or is it okay to choose randomly....

Hello,

Yes, you can provide the tentative month of passing in the qualifying examination as you do not know in which month you are going to get result and certificate. If you have already gotten the timetable for class 12th exam you may obtain the results at least after 45 days - 60 days. Suppose that if your exams will finish in the month of May you can fill the month of passing as June/July.

In the passing month section you should mention the Month in which you examination was conducted not the date on which your result was declared. It is Highly important for you to do fill up, leaving blank wouldn't be a good option.


I strongly suggest you to go through some YouTube videos regarding the filling up of CLAT Application form. See 2-3 videos on YouTube.
