Hello
Don't worry. Prepare a smart study plan for your preparation and you will be able to cover up the syllabus of both the classes. You will have to work hard with a scheduled study plan.
For clearing your basic concepts, you should study from NCERT textbooks. NCERTs are the best books for clearing your concepts and refer to other books also for in-depth preparation of the subjects.

Good Luck!
Hi aniket,First of all make a list of topics you are familiar with in class 11th and also of those topic on which you have complete command.
Then list out those in which you need time for preparation.
Then make a time tabke accordingly,in which you distribute your 30% of time to cover those topics and remaining of the time, you can utilise for you class 12th preparation. Also revise the topic on daily and weekly basis.Don't forget to make your own handwritten notes .
For you preparation you can follow the below teacher:-
Chemistry:- Sachin Rana, Prakriti Bhonsle,Arvind Arora on unacademy platform.
Physics:-Pradeep Kheshtrepal on YouTube.
Biology:-Pranav on unacademy
Books you can refer
Chemistry:-Must read book is NCERT
prabhat kumar for physical chemistry
OP tondon for organic and inorganic chemistry.
For practicing question you can follow NCERT ON FINGERTIPS by Mtg
Physics:-DC pandey and HC verma and do justice with these books. Go thoroughly through it.
Biology:-NCERT is the best book for your preparation.
I think these much information will help you for any more such query you can ask further.
Hey there
This is a very common problem and lots of students are confused. If your 11th preparation is not done then I will suggest you to complete 11th chemistry atleast and for biology as you are a medical student you should thoroughly complete 12th Portion. Rotation in physics has a very high weightage along with the SHM. If you have very strong grip in these then I can say you will definitely do good in neet 2020. I have not suggested you to complete the whole syllabus as you have less time and boards are also there.
Good luck
