Hi Sunny

Most of the students are in a big dilemma about the right career slection after completing their 10th standard. The grade you scored in class 10th is above average on the whole but most importantly, this score is not going to help you take a better decision for further studies , since the scope and syllabus in commerce/science/ arts is entirely different from what you study in high school.

Commerce is a very promising field today and it will offer you a number of options and opportunities to choose as your career. The only method to bring clarity to your confusion is a careful analysis of your subject interest in these 2 years; Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Maths, and English.

A) Profeesional courses are really tough and demand good seriousness from the students for 4-5 years. CA, CS, CMA are the three main professionl courses in commerce. They work mainly for auditing in the corporates, be it secretarial audit, cost audit, internal audit.

1. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANCY-  involves expertise in company accountancy and taxation .

2. COMPANY SECRETARYSHIP- involves expertise in corporate laws but also includes accountancy and taxation as side areas of expertise.

3. COST ACCOUNTANT- involves expertise in cost and management accounting but taxation and company accounts is also required to be studied while pursuing the course.

B) If you want to pursue Bachelor's degree in regular college then the most important objective that you must carry here is to score an exellent score in 12th boards as most of the admissions are merit-based.

1.B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)

A course that most 12th Commerce stream students pursue after schooling as the level of academic difficulty associated with this course is Moderate and admission to this course is solely on the basis of your 12th board result.

Popular colleges :  Delhi University affiliated colleges such as Sri Ram College, Lady Sri Ram College, Hindu College, Ramjas College, Gargi College, (New Delhi), St Xavier's College (Kolkata), Loyola College, Chennai, Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (Mumbai).
