I'm in class 11. I am not able to study. I know it's important but I am not mentally prepared. I get distracted. Due to this I'm depressed.
- Take some break from your routine about 2-3 days and during that period try to get disconnect from everything that make you sad and stay calm and stay happy.
- Morning or evening walks really help.
- Try waking up early like 1-1.5 in the morning before school and study at that time I tried too and it really helped though even though I was an early bird but I tried and succeded.
- Study-Break-Study-Break.
- Listen to soothing songs in morning which will help freshen up your mind.
PS- I have used the audio thing to type so there. might be some mistakes in this whole answer so please don't mind them.
Hey Shreyas! Stop thinking much. Take a short break for some time then return back to your books. Set short targets which are achievable so it will boost up your moral and increase confidence. So continues studies doesn't help improve your brain. So study wisely.
