Dear Gayathri, If you want to study Botany/Zoology at Bachelors level, you can study B.Sc Botany/Zoology/Microiology/Biochemistry. There are many other Paramedical and Science streams that you can pursue your career in. There are MBBS, Dental, Agricultural, Biotechnological, Veterinary, Ayush streams. Apart from that there are Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Sociology, Sports Psychology, Horticulture, Forestry Sciences, B.Pharmacy, Nursing, Forensic Sciences. There are Diploma Courses like Radiology and Imaging Technology, Lab Technician, courses.CBSE has released a list of courses that can benefit students after 12th in various streams. This a list of almost 113 courses. This is a 122 page booklet and can be accessed at cbse.nic.in. This list also gives you the details of the Institutions where you can pursue these courses from.
