I'm in class 12 right now and I have pcm subjects so is I'm eligible for jee 2022?

Yes,  you are completely fine with PCM as your subjects to be eligible for jee main. If you are in class 12 that right now then you will be appearing for your class 12th board examination in 2022 and thus as an appearing student you will be eligible for JEE main examination

--------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main.

But yes,

To be eligible for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category  or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category. For only this year i. e 2021 this minimum percentage requirement of 75% - 65 % was lifted off.
