I'm in class 12th CBSE in the session 2017-18. When and how can I apply for my Bachelor's in German universities for Winter semester 2018?

German universities are among some of the top for undergraduate programs. The admission process for the courses are is very competitive.
For UG programs in German universities, foreign candidates should have completed a Germany approved higher educational with satisfactory GPA.
I suggest you to check your qualifications with German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) https://www.daad.de/deutschland/nach-deutschland/voraussetzungen/en/57293-daad-database-on-admission-requirements/
You may also be required to appear for JEE to facilitate your admission process. Also, you are required to know German as most undergraduate programs are in the German language.

I read a lot of articles on their website. I want to know how can i apply for Studienkolleg because they require to complete 13th year of education to make Indian education equivalent to that of Germany. What will be the process and the expenses for the whole year and when should i start applying as my class 12th result will be out in May 2018?
