This is a very critical situation, I can give you some suggestions to handle the situation.
As you mentioned that you have prepared for NEET exam though you think you have not prepared well. No matter, just write NEET 2021. If exam goes well and you achieve an average/good score then you can easily get a college for medicine. Otherwise, consider this attempt to be an experience for NEET exam.
If you take admission in Bsc, then again you can attempt NEET exam in 1st year of BSc degree under NEET code 05. If you are able to score good, then you can shift yourself from BSc to medicine.
