Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs with general category but yes you can try for some private colleges or some state government colleges in states like Rajasthan, Gujarat and so on
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
