You can either apply for CAT 2021 or for CAT 2022 or you can appear for both attempts. Because you are currently in your final year of Graduation and as per the eligibility criteria of CAT the candidate in his/her final year of graduation can also appear for CAT so you can appear for CAT 2021 and suppose if you would not be satisfied with your CAT 2021 result then you can appear for CAT 2022 as well to improve your CAT score. as there is no upper age limit for CAT. Common Admission Test, in short CAT is conducted by any of the IIM in rotation every year , it is a computer-based entrance exam conducted for MBA/PGDM admissions at 20 IIMs and 1000+ B-Schools in India. Candidates who have completed graduation with 50% of marks or appearing in their final year are eligible to apply for IIM CAT 2021.

For CAT 2021 no exact dates are out yet but it is expected that the application process for it will start in the month of August '21 and the tentative exam date is November 28th 2021.
