I'm in my second year of my engineering I got fee reimbursement in my first year but now as it's full fee reimbursement am I eligible for it

I am also an engineering student. In my college students get fee reimbursement only for the first year but it do not continue for further years.
So it totally depends upon the college you are studying in.
