Dear Sahil, if Sgr meant Srinagar, in 2018,  440 marks secured a Medical seat in Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences. In 2017, it was 449. Having said that Jammu and Kashmir doesn't participate in All India Quota which means all the students unless they gibe a self declaration form, will compete in State quota leaving the competition pretty tough. And NEET cut offs change every year. They depend on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of seats available, difficulty of the exam ans top NEET score. So let your aim be atleast 500 to secure a seat comfortably.
