Dear Candidate,
Yes you can apply for neet pg exam .but for that you have to obtain MCI certificate so that you are eligible to apply neet pg .
Whoever doing MBBS/BDS outside India AFtr completing you have to obtain certificate from MCI then only it's possible to give exam.

Hello aspirant you can appear for NEET PG. You just need to have MBBS Degree from a recognised institute. If you clear NEET PG with good rank you are eligible to take admission in Indian colleges. You just need to register for NEET PG and should fulfill other criteria. From where you did MBBS is not an issue .
