The best way is to appear for NDA, which will be held in the Month of April next year Forms will be in January.
The exam consists of written test followed By SSB interview. Written test will be of Two parts one is general ability test and other is Mathematics. You are a Student of Science You won't have much difficulty in Mathematics. After qualifying Written teat You will be called for 5 days interview which consists of Many tests such as Psychological Followed by Medical Test once you clear it You will be given Permanent commission in Indian Air Force.

Eligibility Criteria
Age – 16 ½ to 19 years(at the time of commencement of course)
Nationality – Indian
Gender – Men only
Educational Qualifications – 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Appearing final year students can also eligible to apply.
Advertisement Schedule – May and December. (Advertisement is released by UPSC. Visit www.upsc.gov.in)

Yes Srinayani, There is No way for females to Join Indian Armed Forces just after class12th. You can join after graduation. But wait for some time govt is planning to Introduce NDA for Girls and train them In Indian Military Academy. Once it happens Girls will be able to go for Combat.
