Hi,
The civil services exam is conducted by upsc for IAS officer post. The educational eligibility to appear for UPSC exam is graduation from any discipline.
So you can do B.Sc agriculture or any other graduation course which you like. After completing the undergraduate degree you will be eligible to give the exam. You can start your preparation from 11th also. It is good to start the preparation early as the syllabus for exam is vast and includes various subjects.
All the best.
Hope this helps.
The eligibility for UPSC is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, there's no specific aggregate required, you need to be 21 years old and can apply in final year of graduation as well.
