Considering this, you can claim Haryana State Quota for NEET counselling. Now regarding AP's State Quota, the residence must have been under one of your parent's name and so you cannot claim that.To claim AP State Quota, either you or your parents should have lived in AP atleast for a period of 10 years excluding the period during which you or your parents lived outside AP. If you fulfil this criteria, then you can claim AP State Quota. Except for Jammu and Kashmir, you can fill any State for All India Quota.
