i'm mca student but i have only 46%marks in 12th....i have doubt about placement ......

Yes. Every Company has particular eligibility criteria to get placed. On has to clear that. Generally companies announce the eligibility criteria as Min 60% of Marks from 10th to graduation. In that Case you won't br eligible for the company. But there are still companies who doesn't worry about the Marks. Don't worry , you will find job if you're capable.
