If you belongs to telangana state you surely will get the seat under SC category.if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh you are considered as OC in telangana state so you you may have chance to get seat in ts eamcet.if you belongs to Andhra Pradesh and you have studied past four years in telangana you considered as local only then you will get seat
