Im not getting proper ans. Plz clear me can i get NIT with 92.1473 percentile OBC catagory MP rank is around 69669 help!

Yes.
You can defenitely get an NIT with that rank and category. Since NITs also have home state quota, you can try getting a seat of the desired branch in the one of your state.
I am myself an NITian. So i know as i have seen students of that rank in my college.
You can hope for the best and fill the preferences wisely during the counseling. =)
