Hello there,

NCERT books are good for making your base strong in physics but the language of physics ncert book is quite confusing and finding important points consumes a lot of time since they have big paragraphs written for stuffs that don't require this much information.

Although, the exercise questions of ncert physics miscellaneous exercises are really good they will definitely make your base ready for btech in electrical engineering.

You may also refer books like
Concepts of physics hc verma
Physics Modern abc ( they are good for boards and explain ncert stuffs in a way simpler manner)
Make use of internet...there are notes of each chapter available in pdfs u can check them out.

Hope this helps!
All the best!
