I'm not including psy in my top4 for DU admissions though I've studied psy in class 12th. Will my top 4 percentage will be deducted by 2.5%?

2.5% or any other percentage won't be deducted from your aggregate of top 4 subjects unless and until you don't include a subject that is not mentioned in any of the list of subjects (list A and B), that is given in the Bulletin of information for admission in undergraduate courses.
It was released by the Delhi university before the admissions begin, at the time of registration.
If you have studied psychology in class 12th but you are not including in top 4, doesn't matter.
