Interview skills would require you to hone your language skills as well as management skills and hence you can work hard for it.
Unfortunately all AICTE approved colleges have Interviews to judge a candidate.
The only route you can escape is through management quota by some colleges where they dont rely on GDPI.
But such colleges are not upto mark and wont help you in securing good job.
You can prepare well with your academics, management knowledge and aptitude to offset your language skills.

All MBA colleges have the interview process. But the interview is not a test of fluency, mostly test your aptitude, analytical ability, and also communication. if you have basic fluency it will not be a problem if your answers are good enough.

There is hardly a top B-School in India which selects candidates for its PGP programme without personally interviewing the applicant. If you are really that motivated to get into a top B-School, then you must focus on improving your English, both written and verbal. Read newspapers, converse with people over the internet, participate on social media fora and try your hand at writing. All of this will go a long way in helping you improve your English, which is a pre-requisite to get a seat in a top B-School.

Hi Abhishek,
As far as I know, all top MBA colleges have interviews in their selection process. There is still time to prepare before the interviews happen. I'ld suggest you to brush up and practice english speaking as much as possible.

If your are looking at MBA for a better job opportunity, you'll have to face an interview at some point in life. Also, all good b-schools require certain level of communication skills. So, rather than lowering your college level, improve your skills by using internet. Surf, Browse, watch videos and talk to your self in english.

There is no top college which does not conduct interview in their selection process. There are many MBA exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, CET, IIFT, SNAP, NMAT etc. are conducted. Then different colleges according to their policy uses different scores to make up a merit list I students who have applied in their college using an aggregate score which comprises of many factors such as CAT marks, 10th 12th and graduation percentage, work experience, engineer or non engineer, gender with different weightages for different colleges.
Then through this merit list students are called for interview and WSAT round. Using the scores of interview and WSAT final aggregate score list is made which is used to give admission to students.
This is a very basic procedure of getting admission in any MBA college. There's no college which does not conduct interview for selection.
If you want to improve your English start reading lots of good books of good authors like Charles Dickens and various good newspapers like Hindu. For improving your vocabulary you should start memorizing 5 new words daily with their meaning and correct pronounciation and use them in your daily conversations so as to remember them in a better way. For RC section you should start reading passages and understand the thought process of author, way of communication and message it wants to deliver.
Before sitting in any exam you need to improve your English otherwise you won't be able to clear Verbal Ability section. And further during studies also you will face lots of difficulties.
All the best for your preparations!!
