Hi Ankit,
As you are in 12th now so try to cover every topic of 12th subjects in details. Generally NEET focusses on mostly on 12th syllabus nearly 80% and very less on 11th syllabus. So, nothing will much matter if your complete focussed on 12th syllabus, still if you find time to study then do 11th also it will be more advantage to score more.
All the best !!
The syllabus for NEET or JEE includes the integrated topics from class 11 and class 12.
Even the students in class 12 finish the syllabus earlier and do a quick crash course of class 11 to freshen up the older topics.
If you really want to go for NEET, you should also go through the syllabus of class 11 otherwise you will face some difficulties during preparation.
Moreover, you can check some sample papers and previous years to get a better insight.
Good Luck !!!
In NEET, the questions come from both 11th and 12th portion. So it is necessary to have an idea on what has been taught during your 11th studies. There is also a need to know how to apply it in the case of physics and chemistry.
Therefore, even if you do not have complete proficiency of the lessons of 11th class, you should have an overall idea on what has been taught and it's practical applications.
