To become a pathologist, you require a science background with physics, chemistry and biology combination. There after, you should first complete the MBBS degree from a reputed medical college. Once you have done so, you can opt for specialization in Pathology. Or you can directly choose to do pathology at the undergraduate level.
And if you're asking if you could be a pathologist without a basic medical degree, then no you can't.
