I'm OBC category and I have 49% in my graduation is I'm eligible to do MBA in good B-school... ?

The minimum eligibility to join for MBA in any reputed institute is 50% marks in UG from a recognized university and good percentile in national level entrance tests or admission seeking institute test LPUNEST(Lovely Professional University), SRMJEEM(SRM University) and DSAT(Dayanand Sagar University). As you have 49% in UG you cant join in any reputed institute. My suggestion for you is that improve the marks by attending the retest and secure more than 50% marks.

As per the basic eligibility criteria of CAT 2018, the management aspirants must have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate. CAT is the entrance examination for the most popular national level management entrance examination conducted by IIM for admission into 20 IIMS and more than 100 B schools across India. So with 49% its difficult.
