I'm (OBC) getting gate (EE) marks 45, and gate score 540-600. Can I get any psu?

as per your  marks and score  you have no chances to get psu because your score is very less as you belong to obc also

The GATE cutoffs for PSU recruitment is always based on a number of factors  like the number of applicants, the number of posts that are vacant, the difficulty level of the GATE papers etc. The GATE cutoff scores for PSU Recruitment also differ from one PSU to another  and are also  different for each category of applicants and the posts.
