a private medical college. Scoring above 400 gives you a
fair chance at a government medical college seat. Scoring
above 500 is almost a sure shot chance at getting a seat in a
government medical college

Hello sir I am scoring 469 and I'm from general Category from Andhra Pradesh will be able to get A Category seat in any college???

Depends upon a lot of factors viz. number of students who scored highest marks, difficulty level of the question paper, and number of students who appeared for the exam. Nothing can be said with surety till the NEET 2018 result is declared. Hope for the best ️
