I'm persuing bba. I will complete my bba by august 2019 . So what is the best time to apply for masters degree from canada?

Well if you will complete your bba by August then it will be better to apply by January or February of the particular university that you have in kind for the next step that is master coursework. Usually different universities have different deadlines all ranging between December to April. Just check respective websites.
