As you have done b.el.ed this years after graduation so this qualification will be no barrier for doing MBA in HR from any renowned Institute. Do MBA in India candidates has to secure graduation with at least 55% marks. They have to appear different entrance examination like CAT,XAT,MAT,GMAT,CMAT,SNAP, IBSAT.
