I'm planning to do diploma course in "early childhood care and education", in the "institute of international teachers training". anyone aware of this? is it valid to do? is this course valid in this institution, is this institution valid?

Institute of International Teachers Training is a Government of India registered institute and a reputed name in the field of teachers training.
As far as the college is concerned, i don't think there is any problem with the college but the degree which you are looking for is i think a wrong choice because first thing is that it has no scope currently in India and secondly you wont be able to find jobs related to this background. So, choose wisely.
