I'm planning to get admission in C.V Raman global University, odisha for my Btech degree but the situation is I'm not getting admission in my desired branch so can i take admission now and then later change to my desired department is it possible?

Yes, it is possible to do so. As I myself am a student of CGU. So I am well aware of the protocols of the college. First, you need to make sure that your CGPA is above 8.5 in both the First and second semesters without any backlog in any theoretical subjects as well as practical.
Once you are done with this you need to write an application and send one copy to the vice Chancellor one to the dean of academics and fill the form to change your branch which you will easily get from the student counter right after the second semester. If there is a seat available in that branch your application would be accepted.
