Hello aspirant,

As you have passed as a private candidate in your Higher Secondary Education, you can request the authorities that you will be able to produce your character certificate and transfer certificate later on. If they agree to this, it will be well and good.

But let me clear you that no college takes admission without transfer and character certificate. Hence you must try your best to get those before counselling dates by visiting your school or contacting CBSE or any other board in which you have appeared as a private candidate.

I have transfer certificate and character certificate provided by school but it mentioned I failed in main examination And private candidate student don't get transfer certificate and character certificate from board.
