For making projects using the languages you mentioned, there are a lots of options.

Currently Python is one of the most famous programming languages. We can use it for Web Development, Software development, scripting. Some of the python projects are: Face Detection using Python,Notepad making, Encoding and decoding of messages using Python. You can also use Python as back-end development language.

Now coming to Java, it is a flexible programming language used in several areas of App and software development. Some of the project ideas are: Android based mobile quiz, Android App for tourist guide,your own expenditure calculator and manager.

For C, we can make projects like: Billing system of customer,games like tic-tac-toe, periodic table using c and many more.

And using android apk(this also uses java/kotlin as language) , Projects like Budget planner,car parking and bus reservation can be made.
