Some short term courses that you can go for during your last year of graduation before pursuing MBA are

Excel and PowerPoint-thought it's under-rated but it is one of the most valuable skill to possess, as it is a must have skill.
Six Sigma - Though it is an expensive certification,but it might be a good idea to start with the first level before you go for MBA.
Student SHRM- It is a recognised Organisation that provides certifications for HR professionals.
