I'm pursuing B.Com final year. Which is best postgraduate after graduation in between these M.Com and MBA?

See both the courses you have provided are great and there are lot of openings for both the M.COM (//M.COM) and MBA. If you think of getting a high paid salaried job then going for the MBA will be a better choice. Also if you are a kind of person who want challenges in there work life and want to take decision making for the betterment of a company then going for MBA will be a very good choice. Now MCom professionals, mainly manage accountants or are more focused with the calculation and maintenance of the accounts of the company where as MBA's are mainly focused on the Management and Decision making roles in the company.
