See as the M. Sc eligibility for any course is bachelors degree that may be in any stream so you can go for any stream after B. Sc in Chemistry starting from Maths to Biochemistry any stream.
But it may be difficult for you to switch from Chemistry to any other subject like in M.Sc. Mathematics, you are supposed to have knowledge of the concepts of B.Sc. Mathematics so it will be difficult no doubt but if you are determined then go for it.
Though my suggestion would be that you can do Masters in Chemistry and after that, you can do Ph.D. if you are interested in the research field. After Masters in Chemistry, Ph.D. and cracking net/JRF you will get a job of professor in a nice college.
