I'm pursuing my bachelor's in physiotherapy. Will the UGC guidelines in relation to COVID-19 be applicable to a deemed university ?

UGC guidelines are for those, whose university comes under ugc. So its depend upon university. But more that 95% university are aproved under ugc, so your college ahould be in that. If it comes under it, then your university has to strictly follow it as it is for all universities under it.
