To be eligible for getting seats in private medical colleges of of Maharashtra you need to fulfill some of the basic criteria set up by the conducting authority is to appear in state counselling. However you can participate in the mop up round where vacant seats in private and deemed Universities are up for grabs. The dates and schedule for mop up round is yet to be announced and is expected to released soon by authorities at their official website.

You cannot apply for Maharashtra NEET UG counselling because Maharashtra is not an open state so if you want to get admission in medical colleges of Maharashtra then you should appear for AIQ counselling through which you can either go for government medical colleges or for Deemed Universities of Maharashtra.
